Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

Thank you for choosing Ekutech. We strive to provide the best services and products. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and returns for our services. Due to the nature of IT services, our policy may differ from that of physical goods.

2. Digital Services (Software, Web Development, etc.)

For services such as web development, software development, app development, and UI/UX design, payments are typically made in milestones.

• Initial Deposit: The initial deposit paid to commence a project is non-refundable as it covers the costs of initial discovery, planning, and resource allocation.
• Milestone Payments: Payments made upon completion of project milestones are non-refundable. Once a milestone is approved and paid for, it is considered complete and accepted.
• Project Cancellation: If a project is canceled by the client, the client will be liable for all work completed up to the point of cancellation. Any payments made are non-refundable. If the work completed exceeds the payments made, the client will be billed for the difference.

3. Marketing & Management Services (SEO, Social Media)

Our digital marketing, SEO, and social media management services are billed on a recurring monthly or quarterly basis.

• Payments for these services are made in advance and are non-refundable for the period they cover.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days' written notice. Your service will continue until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be billed for subsequent periods.

4. Exceptions

In rare cases, a refund may be considered if we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to a fault on our end. Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We are not liable for refunds if project delays are caused by the client's failure to provide necessary content, feedback, or approvals in a timely manner.

5. No-Show Policy for Consultations

If you have booked and paid for a consultation and fail to show up without prior notice, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
